I’m working on a Regional Manager opportunity within a growing Psychological Division, overseeing multiple teams across NSW. This is a genuine leadership role — not just operational oversight, but real influence across performance, culture, and growth.

The role:

• Oversee up to 4 teams
• Lead, mentor and develop Team Leaders
• Drive performance, engagement, and retention
• Support regional growth and team expansion
• Work closely with senior leadership on strategy and direction
